There is an increasing demand for gesture operation in business/industrial equipment with a light feel similar to that of a smart phone. Since projected capacitive touchscreens are susceptible to external noise, it is necessary to be careful when using them in a manufacturing environment where various equipment is crowded and there is a lot of electrical noise. DMC has developed its own touch controller and can support adjustment of the controller to suit the noisy environment, so that manufacturing sites can use projected capacitive touchscreens with peace of mind.
