Original Touch Screen + Original Controller Board = Comprehensive Support
We developed our own original controller board for p-cap. By it's nature, p-cap heavily depends on the controller for its functionality and performance. We considered it necessary to have not only the touch screen, but also the controller as our own product in order to provide comprehensive support of p-cap. More specifically, technical support in terms of both touch screen and controller will mean that it will surely benefit our customers.

The DUS series possess the characteristics a projected capacitive touch screen has, such as smooth operation, muli-touch function, high transmittance, gloved-hand operation, and cover lens.
We can provide development support from both hardware(touch screen) and software (controller) areas.

Surrounding environments and/or touch screen size affect multi-touch function and operable cover lens thickness. The thicker the cover lens and/or the larger the touch screen size, the fewer the available multi-touch points.
Example)2 points of multi-touch is available for 15-inch touch screen with 3mm cover glass. If you have in mind the specific size and covering glass thickness you want to try, please consult with us.

TPOffset : Touch Screen Auto-calibration Tool for DUS Series
You must download and execute the auto-calibration tool, TPOffset before using the DUS series.

If you wish to try samples, please refer to the following information.
- The required environment
A computer with Windows 7 or Windows XP . The computer should have a USB port.
(If you can prepare the above environment, you will not have to install a driver to test the touch screen.)

- How to test the touch screen.
- Connect the controller with DUS-10USB
- Connect the touch screen to the controller. (Insert the 2 FPCs to the connectors on the controller board, and lock them.)
- Start the computer
- Connect DUS-10USB with the computer via USB
- Execute TPOffset on the computer
- You may test the touch screen with Windows standard applications, such as Paint.
Operations with glove or cover lens requires adjustment of the controller board before shipment.
